Hope I didn't post in your blog elsewhere already.
Here's a page I leave behind whenever I find a coast redwood, or Stout Grove blog topic:
Largest Coastal Redwood Trees / Photos
Three of the trees on that page are across Mill Creek from Stout Grove - like the Lost Monarch.
I would have been in Stout Grove last weekend too, but the road was closed due to a fallen redwood tree.
